As a direct heir to the publishing legacy of Isaak Kauffman Funk, co-founder of Funk & Wagnalls, the instinct to capture and share the human experience runs generations deep. The story of how she learned this is a movie within itsself.

Coffman is a filmmaker, singer-songwriter, screenwriter, novelist, and the founder of the Luna Lumen Film Festival — now in its sixth year as a growing home for independent filmmakers who believe in the power of authentic cinema. She refuses to be confined to a single medium because the story always demands what it needs — sometimes a lens, sometimes a lyric, sometimes a page.

Why I created these LUTs.
Every LUT in the Luna Lum collection was born from a real project — real footage shot in real light under real conditions. I love experimental film and love working with color and light. The Artemis II pack came from the color language of the lunar flyby that inspired Scarred Protector. West Virginia came from the wild nature I grew up playing in and noticed early in life how light and color changes every minute in a day and it became one of my obsessions. Golden Hour WV is how late afteroon the setting sun kissed everything in nature with golden tones in my Almost Heaven West Virginia state.
I built these for the filmmaker who wants to feel something in their grade — not just correct it. These aren't algorithmic looks. They are cinematic and subtle yet powerful in their own right. They're the way I see the world through a lens, packaged into a tool you can drop into your own story.
